I knew and liked Margaret Roemer very much. She was a smart, caring person, and a good friend. I thank Richard, her husband, for letting us know of her passing.  Having her ashes scattered by the beautiful Dogwood trees in Pere Marquette Park is fitting for the lovely person she was. She will be missed.  Marilyn

Margaret and I lead almost identical lives.  We both were shy but friendly. We both had our little minds brain washed, as to how to conduct ourselves around the "OLIN"s.  Her Dad, Connie worked for John and my Dad worked for Spencer.  We lived on the estate for years but I am not sure Margaret did.  We were both shy and would never start a conversation. I do know it was drilled into us "little girls are  to be seen and not heard".  Sweet Margaret, took care of her aging parents as I did.  May God Bless her soul, for she needs the rest.
